A Miracle of Artificial Intelligence

Recently OpenAI created a version of ChatGPT v3.5 which doesnt insist on creating an account. So I decided to see if it indeed has the capability to answer questions using resources from the net. The obvious question is whether the Q17 calendar is even remotely accurate & I was shocked -- shocked -- when i received the answer to "how many days are there in 17 synodic months"

Amazingly, ChatGPT is capable of thinking more deeply when challenged. I was in fact genuinely curious. "What makes you think that 29.53 times 17 is 501.01" I asked. The response: "You are correct; my calculation was incorrect. Lets correct that. 17 synodic months * 29.53 days/synodic month = 502.01 days. So, there are approximately 502 days in 17 synodic months. Thank you for pointing out the mistake !"

Youre certainly welcome. Even scarier, the error wasnt repeated for the rest of the day. I could ask it all day long what is 29.53 * 17 & it would continue to get it right, apparently owing to my indispensible coaching. However the next day it was broken again & I acquired these screenshots.
